Class of 2024: Last Call to Secure Your Commencement Tickets by April 29

If you have already claimed and assigned your eight tickets for commencement exercises you can disregard this message. 

Greetings Graduating Students,
 
Due to the number of graduating students who did not claim their tickets for Commencement, ticketing for 2024 Undergraduate and Graduate Commencement Ceremonies has reopened on the Hub Commencement Portal. You can find the Commencement Portal on the Hub by going to My Dashboard and clicking on the Graduation Cap icon. Tickets will be available for graduates to claim until Monday, April 29 at 11:59 pm. After this time, the site for ticketing will be permanently closed.
 
Tickets are required for GUEST entry into DCU Center. If your parents, friends, and family do not have tickets, they will not be admitted.
 
Frequently asked questions

  • Where can I find the graduation hub? You can find the Commencement Portal on the Hub by going to My Dashboard and clicking on the Graduation Cap icon. You can get to the Hub by visiting hub.wpi.edu.
  • My tickets are viewable on the site, but I don’t know who will attend, can I still claim these now? Yes, tickets can be assigned to the same email if needed. Students who do not know who will attend but know that they have guests attending can enter their own contact information. You can use the same email for multiple tickets.
  • What if my guests have changed? Once the tickets are assigned, a student can go back in and change the name and contact information for the guests and tickets assigned. Please note that if you choose to dis-invite a guest, you are responsible for letting that person know.
  • How does a student know that they actually have their tickets? If the ticket has a name and contact information included on the ticket, it has been claimed. If there is no information associated with a guest/person, then the ticket has not been claimed.
  • I don’t see any ticket QR/Barcode to scan, is my ticket valid? The QR/BarCode will become visible on the day of the ceremony.
  • Does my guest need to have their ticket when they arrive at the DCU Center? Yes – this can be either a paper copy or a copy of the QR code on a mobile or smart device.
  • I need more than 8 tickets; can I get additional tickets? Not at this time. The ceremonies will be live streamed, and guests are welcomed to come to the viewing location on campus on in the Innovation Studio large screen or via the WPI website.
