Chapter Excellence

Chapter Excellence is an annual report which allows WPI fraternities and sororities to highlight areas of strength, opportunities for growth, and shared successes to help tell each chapter's individual story. Additionally, the report is an opportunity to create a baseline for goal setting, reflection, and continued growth in future years. 

 

Last year marked the first rollout of a new Chapter Excellence report structure and a new review process. The 2020 report is again broken up into seven different sections that align with components of excellent chapters at WPI with each section requiring community involvement to review. As faculty and staff on campus, we would like to offer this opportunity to you all as you constantly work with our students to make them the best they can be!  We are now requesting volunteers to participate in this year's process. We anticipate this will require approximately 10-20 hours from mid-December through January 25. Volunteers will be asked to: 

• Individually review and score the reports for one section (reports from all 19 chapters). Please note that the majority of this time can be allocated as you choose (e.g., reviewing reports all at once or splitting it up among multiple sessions). 
• Meet virtually with your review team (reviewers looking at the same subsection) 1-2 times
• Deliver final scores and written feedback by January 25 

If you are interested this year, please fill out this Google Form to let us know you would like to participate, whether you want to be a team lead (for a review team) and what sections of the report are of most interest by Wednesday, December 9, 2020.
