Call for Line-up Volunteers for Commencement Ceremonies

Each year WPI relies on staff volunteers to assist with the line-up of graduating students. We need assistance on two dates for two ceremonies:

 

Thursday, May 9  - late afternoon lineup for 5:00pm ceremony for Graduate students

Saturday, May 11 - morning line up for 10:00am ceremony for Undergraduate students 

 

Your duties as a line up leader involve one short training (30-45 minutes), and 1-1.5 hours of line up before the ceremony(ies) formally begin(s). Once the program starts, you may either stay for the ceremony, or head on to your next commitment.

If you are interested in assisting with line-up on either date (or both!) please complete the interest form. We will also be offering line-up trainings on Tuesday, April 30 at 2pm, May 2nd at 1pm, or May 6th at 11am. Trainings will be short (30-45 minutes) and will take place in the Bartlett Center presentation room. We request your presence at one of the trainings, but if they are not convenient, please let us know and we can coordinate an additional session at your convenience.
