Request Forms & Self-Service
Wish you could take care of routine course requests instantly? You can! Try out our Self-Service Request tools for Canvas and Echo360.
Echo360 Lecture Capture Request Form
Lecture Capture must be requested each term. The Echo Request Form allows you to schedule your lecture capture recordings automatically. After submitting the form, you can check the Echo360 tab in your Canvas course to see your recording schedule for the term.
Canvas Request Form
Add users and merge cross-listed sections instantly through the Canvas Self-Service Request Form. Have a request for copying course content or to create a new non-academic course site? You can use the same form, and the ATC-TTL team will process the requests.
Note: If this is your first time using the forms, you’ll need to authorize ITS Hub access. If you run into any issues, see further instructions or a quick help video or email us at atc-ttl@wpi.edu.
