George C. Gordon Library is pleased to announce the return of ART | WPI. This annual event has been showcasing the creative visual works of our campus community since 2011.
Art will be accepted beginning January 9 through February 16 in the new year. All submissions will be on display from February 26 to April 19, 2024 in the Scott Room (next to Room 302) on the recently renovated third floor of Gordon Library.
A reception for all artists and the community will be held on Tuesday March 19 from 4-6 pm.
How to Share Your Art!
All WPI Faculty & Staff, active and retired, are invited to submit their original works of visual art. Past submissions have included:
- Drawings
- Paintings
- Photographs
- Sculptures
- Textiles
- Jewelry
Owing to space limitations, we are asking artists to submit no more than three (3) works per artist. We are happy to announce we can now accommodate digital art submissions. Please contact us to coordinate your display needs.
Items should be brought to Archives and Special Collections, on the Ground Floor of the Library, between the hours of 10am-3pm on Monday-Friday, January 9-February 16, 2024.
We ask artists to prepare their work for display (e.g. framed) in your preferred format. If you have questions about how to display your work please contact us: archives@wpi.edu.
