Announcing FY25 Self-Leadership Development Program
Department(s):
Division of Talent & Inclusion
Talent & Inclusion is pleased to announce the second iteration of our Self-Leadership Development Program, designed specifically for high-performing individual contributors: staff and faculty who are not in managerial roles. We invite managers to nominate individual contributors from your respective areas who would benefit from this professional development opportunity.
Our staff and faculty play a vital role in WPI’s success, working collaboratively to support our students and advance our strategic goals. To continue building on this strength, we are committed to cultivating the leadership qualities that contribute to our thriving institutional culture, and this program is an important part of that effort.
The program will run from September 23 to October 28 and includes six 3.5-hour in-person sessions held weekly from 9:30 AM to 1 PM at Higgins Library. For more details, please review the attached agenda as you consider your nominations.
We encourage you to submit nominations promptly, as the program will accommodate only one cohort of 15 participants. Please send your nominations to learning@wpi.edu by Thursday, September 19th, including the name(s), title(s), and a brief explanation of why you believe each nominee is a strong candidate for this opportunity.
To support the program’s costs, including third-party assessment tools, a minimal fee of $125 will be charged to the participants' departments.
