Rui obtained her B.S degree in Chemical Engineering at Dalian University of Technology in June 2013. She joined WPI in August 2013, working with both Professor Dixon and Professor Ma to pursue her PhD degree and graduated in 2018. Her thesis is titled “Development and experimental validation of a CFD model for Pd-based membrane technology in H2 separation and process intensification”. The picture shows Rui in front of her poster presented at the 2014 COMSOL conference. Rui is currently a development specialist at Praxair Inc. in Tonawanda, NY.
