Jackie joined the Office of Financial Aid in October 2015. Jackie is responsible for awarding all undergraduate students with last names starting with SB – Z.  She manages the Pell Grant program and manages all external reporting for the office. Jackie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Stonehill College. Prior to WPI, she worked in the human resources field for twelve years
