The WPI Business School is excited to welcome Ardian Preci as the inaugural Director of the Business Development Lab (BDL). Ardian, a seasoned entrepreneur and a leader known for his innovative mindset, joins us with a remarkable history of transforming groundbreaking ideas into successful businesses. His expertise is particularly notable in the fields of Software as a Service (SaaS), Fintech, and Blockchain Applications, having founded and expanded companies both in the United States and abroad. Ardian's career is marked by his skill in leading diverse teams across various regions, including the US, Europe, and Asia, demonstrating his global outlook and adaptable leadership approach. In his new role at the BDL, Ardian is eager to enhance the entrepreneurial community within the university and the broader Worcester region.

Ardian's extensive background in business development, startup incubation, and strategic leadership equips him to drive innovation, support entrepreneurial growth, and aid early-stage ventures in the academic environment. His operational management skills and ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders have significantly contributed to the entrepreneurial field.

Effective immediately, Ardian Preci steps into this role with a vision to leverage his experience in nurturing innovation and entrepreneurship across Business Development Lab’s vibrant innovative community, which hosts more than 35 WPI-affiliated startups and faculty spinouts. With a proactive agenda to foster the entrepreneurial ecosystem, Ardian aims to enrich WPI's contribution to economic development and societal advancement through innovative business solutions.
